B.H. Hi James Reid. Thank you for coming to help me practice today. 

J.R. You are welcome, Brian. Anytime. Take your time. We know you are not 100 percent there in your belief that you are able to do this and we, I especially, can understand this. We can wait and it is interesting for me to join you and help you even if it is not too often.  

B.H. You are right, James. I do feel that I am possibly just spinning my wheels here. I feel that I have had some good messages but it certainly is possible that these things came from my own mind. 

J.R. Understood. As you go along it will be the preponderance of evidence provided by material that you feel could not have come from your brain that will convince you that you are communicating with spirit. It will take practice and then you will start to see it. There is a lot involved too. Divine Love and how much you have and learning how to start and keep a connection with spirit. So short little messages are a good start. You have to walk before you can run. 

B.H. Okay James. I hear you. I appreciate your help.  

J.R. Listen, it took time for me before I was a capable mediumistic writer. A long time before I was able to trust that a message was mostly from spirit and not from me. 

B.H. Okay. I understand. Hopefully I can commit to practicing once in a while. 

J.R. Yes, I hope so too. But you know if it is not what you want there are going to be other ways for you to be a channel of Divine Love on Earth. Be well, Brian and come back again soon. We are always here for you.
