May 19, 2018 

My brother Kenny has impressed himself upon my brain and I think wishes to write.  

B.H. How are you, Kenny? It has been a while since we have talked. Just so you know, I am reticent about practicing with you because I don’t want to get details incorrect about you, as I would with any family member. 

K.H. Well hello, Brian. It is great to speak with you again. I am very good. The whole idea behind this practice is that you can make mistakes. If you put something down on paper which doesn’t originate with me or another spirit but is instead your own imagination, well this is instructive for you as you learn the craft. You need to let the words flow. Remember in your English class in college where the professor taught you to fill the page with words without filtering or punctuating. That is similar to what you should be doing here, allowing words to flow as if you are just typing things onto the paper and trying not to let your thoughts get in the way. You go like that and you will have the idea about how this should be done. We will work with you until you get there but try not to let your thoughts get in the way. Early on some of the thoughts will be ours and some yours, it is only natural. And speed isn’t the necessary ingredient here it is just to go on at a pace you can handle and then allow the words to fall onto the page whether you type those words or write with a pen. 

B.H. Well, thank you for that. I am overwhelmed by the wisdom that comes through sometimes. You obviously are progressed since being in the spirit world. I don’t mean to say that you weren’t smart on Earth, but you are clearly wise now. I’m sorry for being rude.  

K.H. It’s not rude, Brian. I know my situation and you hit it on the nail. I am progressed since I have gotten here and it feels so good. I am so happy now. It took me some time to progress but I got the idea from friends and family that I could do so and have been trying hard at improving ever since.  

B.H. Do you know who knocked on the closet door yesterday evening? 

K.H. As you suspect it was me. I was just trying to give you a sign that you are always thinking you wished you had and by doing it in the presence of other people, your wife and stepson, you have some corroboration.  

B.H. I appreciate it so much. If you want to give any other signs please do because it is very nice to get a reminder and validations every now and then. 

K.H. Sure, Brian. It is no problem. Watch for some new signs in the near future.  

B.H. I am not sure what to ask you now, brother. 

K.H. Ok, then. I will try to help the conversation along. No, I didn’t have a child with my girlfriend before I left. Not accidental or otherwise. That’s a good thing, for a child would have not had a father or not had a very good one. It wasn’t a good situation. Anyway, that’s in the past. Here life is different. There’s so much love and friendship. I thank God for the way things have turned out for me. I get to do what I like, I get to see what you guys are up to any time I want and, of course, I have many friends here who I spend my time with. And, of course, I spend time praying and making progress because I don’t want to stay where I am but move on to better places. That’s the way of the spirit world, progress to better places. You will see when you get here, Brian.  

B.H. Well, I had better go as some people are home. Thank you for visiting with me, Kenny.
