B.H. Hi, Mary. Thanks for joining me to write today. 

M.K. It’s my pleasure, Brian. I am glad that you want to keep up the practice. It’s very helpful to keep a consistent routine. You’ll show improvement that much faster. 

B.H. I imagine that is true as consistent practice in any endeavor helps one master that activity. Is there another topic we can hit today? 

M.K. We can certainly talk about other things, Brian. You are balking at the topic of meditation which I have brought up and which you think there is nothing which can be elucidated upon. Of course, we from the spirit world can always expound on a topic in ways that you can’t envision or imagine where you are. Of course we meditate here too. It helps us in different ways depending upon what sphere you live in. In the lower spheres meditation is done in much the same way as on Earth and the results and benefits are much the same. That is, you quiet your physical mind and allow spiritual connections to occur, whether that be from your soul, from spirits or angels, or from God. As you move up through the spheres you have less physical mind to quiet and more of your soul mind is ascendant. So meditation is easier in the higher spheres because the soul mind is not rambunctious like the physical mind is. The cute visualization of herding kittens is apropos as regards quieting the physical mind. There is no herding necessary with the soul mind. Still, meditation is a wonderful way to connect with the Father and to hear His intentions and feel His presence. We are even in the Celestial Heavens guided in our quiet moments by God to our actions.  

B.H. I agree that meditation is important and will try to increase my time spent doing it. 

M.K. Of course the more you do, the more you will benefit, to a certain point. It is just a matter of finding time in the physical world to do it. I am sure that you will find some more time in your day to meditate longer. Well, that is enough for now.
